The rotating vacuum technique

For a quick and controlled handling of pouches LAN developed a unique patented system with an innovative, rotating vacuum technique. This system does not make use of the pick&place principle, but works with a continuous supply and discharge of pouches which are kept under control as long as possible. The system guarantees an extremely high capacity.

Special single liners for flexible containers

LAN has designed several innovative single liners for difficult to handle products, such as plastic bowls, aluminum trays and pouches. One of the examples is a high capacity single liner for instable plastic bowls which is based on a curved, single line conveyor. This design has the advantage that the bowls are in fact already on a single line conveyor when they are placed on the belt. No additional functions are required!

High capacity tray handling

LAN has designed several innovative solutions for high capacity tray handling. These include high capacity pick & place units, stacker and destackers, tray tipping units and special feeding systems for an indexing conveyor, using a small trolley. These systems allow a very high capacity for tray loading and unloading equipment.
